At the start of this year, we had our daily routines and schedules. Some even had vacations planned, financial projections, and strategic goals. But gradually, yet abruptly, life as we knew it, came to a halt! A global pandemic changed the flow of our daily lives, leaving an underlying residue of fear and frustration.
However, even with restrictions and extremely uncomfortable situations, we still have options! We choose our mindset, what we believe about our future, and what we accept as our truth.
Despite the many issues that continue to evolve and the uncertainty that is still lingering, we must be determined to keep moving forward. We must be courageous enough to view these current experiences from an empowering perspective. Even when others are not optimistic, we must hold to our hope!
I am not suggesting that it is “easy”, but we must make daily steps to maintain our balance, transform negative thought patterns, and mindfully nurture our emotions. It is important to believe that all of the scattered pieces of the current situation will work together for good.
